On 12/9 we had the honor of photographing an awesome event for Gary Brackett’s IMPACT Foundation at the Colts complex! Local area hospitals nominated deserving sick children and their families to be part of the event. When I walked in, there were hundreds of wrapped presents, a cute craft area for the kids, lots of footballs to be signed by Gary, and they had a pizza dinner set up for the kids and their families. On 12/4 we also met up with Emerson and his parents at the Indiana State Museum for a family photo shoot! Valerie actually won one of our gift cards at a charity auction that we had donated to earlier in the year so I think she was excited to get some updated photos of Emerson! He was super cute and he enjoyed the exhibits and Christmas decor around the museum!

On 12/4, we met up with the adorable Jackie & Gareth for their engagement session at the Indianapolis Art Center! They were SO much fun!!

It became a running joke that every time we tried to schedule their shoot, it would rain. It happened 3-4 times I think! Finally we just decided to wing it and it ended up being a really neat shoot!! We shot under the awning outside a little bit but mostly inside the IAC, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for them. I think everything really does happen for a reason!
