Christmas 2011

I feel like such a bad blogger, I’m about a holiday behind posting on here but I guess I’m slowly catching up! LOL I realized that I posted some of my favorite Christmas pics on facebook but forgot to give them some blog love too so here you go…a few of my favorites from this past holiday season!! :) Above, my dad & hubby among their favorite thing – Christmas lights! :) Here’s my mom’s dog, Mandy, completely worn out by all of the presents and festivities!

We wrapped our dog Buddy & mom’s dog Mandy in matching Burberry scarves! LOL Buddy just wanted the treat to follow, Mandy wanted a kiss! :)

Buddy LOVED his new toys, but especially the octopus toy that Aunt Mary got him! :)

Lindsay + Ken = Married!

On 12/17 we photographed Lindsay & Ken’s beautiful Christmas wedding at the Hilton in downtown Indy! Lindsay had so many great details! LOVED her blinged out heels! ;)

Figuring out the veil…

Lindsay was such a pretty bride!!

LOVE! Kiralee did a fabulous job on her make-up!

Plainfield Florist did a great job on her bouquet! :)

Group hug! :)

I loved all of the candlelight around the ceremony room!

Lindsay was SO excited, it was adorable! :)

YAY!!

Such a happy couple! :)

They’re so cute together!

They had an awesome sparkler exit that night!

Then they hopped in a carriage and we headed down to the monument for some more photos…

Favorite!!! Downtown Indy looks so magical when it’s all lit up at night!

Another favorite! :)

There was a lot of kissing going on that night, they even had mistletoe at the entrance to the reception and personalized chapstick for their favors! Such a cute idea!!

The reception site looked AMAZING!!! Jennifer Morin did an AMAZING job, as always!!

I loved their centerpieces too…

Classic Cakes did a fabulous job on their cake too!

YAY! By the way, isn’t that Demetrios dress FABULOUS?! I loved it!!

Cheers!

Santa even showed up for a dance with the bride! :) Platinum DJ Productions did a great job coordinating that and keeping the dance floor packed all night!

I loved their rings and holiday decor, it made for some cool ring shots!

Later in the night, they surprised their guests with a chocolate fountain and an entire dessert buffet. Everyone loved it!

We snuck them outside for a few more night time shots before we left that night! :)

Thanks for a great time you guys!! More pics coming soon! :)

And our beautiful bride, Megan!!

It was a glorious blue sky day that day!! :)

Proud daddy :)

This shot cracks me up!! :) While one of us focuses on the bride, another focuses on the groom’s reaction…I bet Megan felt a bit like a celebrity that day with all of the cameras! ;)

LOVE! :)

Bubbles!!

The church had great stained glass windows…perfect for some silhouettes!

They are so adorably cute together!!

We caught the tail end of sunset that night, it was perfect!

The limo made a stop at the monument on the way to the Murat :)

Love the Murat!

A friend of Megan & John’s made this adorable winter-themed cake!

They had centerpieces with ornaments inside of them, perfect for a fun ring shot! :)

They had an awesome dancing crowd that night! :) Made for some great candids!!

Thanks for a fun time you guys!! More pics coming soon! :)

Gary Brackett’s IMPACT Foundation Event!

On 12/9 we had the honor of photographing an awesome event for Gary Brackett’s IMPACT Foundation at the Colts complex! :) Local area hospitals nominated deserving sick children and their families to be part of the event. When I walked in, there were hundreds of wrapped presents, a cute craft area for the kids, lots of footballs to be signed by Gary, and they had a pizza dinner set up for the kids and their families. It was quite an awesome night! (Click HERE for the news article and video or click here to watch the TV segment that I video taped on my iPhone!) :)

Gary had lots of footballs to sign that night! The kids LOVED it! :)

Santa even stopped by to see the children! :)

The kids were so excited to open their presents! :)

This little girl was SO cute & full of personality! :)

Thanks for a great time everyone! More pics coming soon! :)
