Carb Day 2012!
On Friday, John & I had the chance to enjoy a day at the track together for Carb Day! We had a great time at the F.E. Harding Party and we had garage passes to go behind the scenes to see the garage area where they work on the cars. It was pretty surreal for John because he just launched the Fan Force United website! FFU is sponsoring Jean Alesi in today’s race!! Click HERE to check it out! 🙂
The staff of Bella’s Blooms!
On 5/22 we caught up with our friends at Bella’s Blooms for a quick photo shoot at the Fishers Train Station! John is working on their new website and they were in need of updated individual head shots and group shots for the new site. I love doing projects like this! 🙂 We’ve been friends with their head wedding florist, Chuck Eaglin, for many years and he always does an amazing job on all of our weddings!! Jade + Ryan = Married!
On 5/19 we photographed Jade & Ryan’s fabulously fun wedding at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Carmel & their reception at The Bridgewater Club! They had such great ideas and fun details, it made it a blast for us to photograph!! They had cute shoes, flirty red bridesmaid dresses and one of the best church getaways ever!! Since they’re both pharmacists, they gave their guests custom pill bottles filled with Smarties to throw at them as they left the church, it was so cute! The bride’s sisters sang a rendition of “Sisters” from the movie “White Christmas” during their toasts and everyone just LOVED it, it was definitely a wedding we’ll all never forget! 🙂 Thanks for a great time you guys, more pics coming soon!!

Our 9th Anniversary!
On 5/17 John & I celebrated 9 years of marriage! 🙂 I wanted to do something a little different this year, I bought him 9 balloons and each one had a happy memory attached to it from each year that we’ve been married…he loved it! My aunt surprised us with beautiful pink peonies from her garden & we were given tons of thoughtful cards and facebook messages all day, thank you to all of you who made it a great day for us! To top it all off, John & I decided to do a quick overnight trip to Kings Island since it’s been 10-15 years since both of us have been there! Just being able to check out of “adulthood” for a day was really nice! LOL We walked around, rode some rides, shopped, ate great food, played some games and had a blast just hanging out together. We stayed at the Westin in Cincy (highly recommended!) and we had a great suite overlooking downtown where there was a very cool party going on that night with a band and light show, it was awesome! John even surprised me and had room service deliver chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary that night – yum! He’s so sweet! 🙂 
Diana + Mark = Engaged!
On 5/16 we met up with Diana & Mark down at Mass Ave for a fun engagement shoot! 🙂 They hang out down there with friends a lot so it only made sense to shoot their engagement session at their favorite hang outs. We started across the street from the Elbow Room for some beautiful environmental shots then we found a lot of cool alleys, murals & cute spots along the way for photos, it was a great night! Their friends even showed up at the Mass Ave Pub at the end for a few drinks – love it! 🙂
