As soon as we receive this form, we will contact you to confirm timing and then send you a Paypal invoice to book your session online. Submitting this form does NOT mean it's booked or confirmed!

Your session date and time is confirmed once payment is received. If payment isn't received within 48 hours of us sending the invoice, the time(s) will be open for other clients to book. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
