Holy Cow, Cupcakes!
Some of you probably remember this post from last week about Karen, one of my previous brides, who has started her own cupcake business. Well, this week she surprised me with the new "Erin" cupcake that she created, aren't these adorably perfect?! Her business is called "Holy Cow, Cupcakes!" and it's off and running already! She will be with us at the Summer Bridal Show on June 1st and she's already been accepted into the Carmel Farmer's Market and will begin her cupcake season the day before the bridal show, on 5/31 from 8-11:30 a.m. You HAVE to stop by and try her cupcakes because holy cow, they're AMAZING!
