Bridal Seminar at Ritz Charles!

Last week, we had the awesome opportunity to have a booth at the bridal seminar at Ritz Charles. A few times each year, they host presentations for brides who are getting married and/or having their reception at their venue. It’s a great chance for the brides to see some sample table set ups, learn more about the vendors on their preferred vendor list, check out their food & taste their amazing cakes!

Meredith from Posh Petals did a fantastic job on all of the florals for the event! WOW!!

Brian Whitis provided the entertainment and all of the cool uplighting that you see in these photos…he did an amazing job!!

They had the coolest table set ups…each table had a different theme and then the cake that was next to it went along with the table theme. Pretty cool, huh? 🙂

Gorgeous white chiavari chairs with orange tie backs and white florals for this table…

And an amazing cake that had everyone talking that night…look at the incredible detail work on this!

My neighbor’s booth…meet Meg Ban, an awesome graphic designer!!

Tonya Shadoan from Circle City Planners gave a FANTASTIC presentation to the brides about the do’s and don’ts of wedding planning!

The room was packed! My friend Bob Ridge from IndyVisual videotaped her presentation…

After the presentation was over, the brides were able to taste various cakes and check out the amazing ideas around the room…
