November 2010

We photographed Tamara & Mark’s fun blue themed wedding at the Indy Zoo! As I was taking detail shots in the dressing room, I noticed that Tamara had the CUTEST idea for the garter toss…she attached lotto tickets on her garter so that the guys would actually go after the garter! LOL! I love her sense of humor! 🙂

Tamara looked GORGEOUS! Karen Hall & Co. did her hair & make-up that day….soooo pretty! 🙂

Bloomz did a fabulous job on her flowers!

Tamara had mentioned that she liked my lollipop shots – we aim to please! 🙂

I LOVED her guest book cover!! (Tamara, you’ll have to tell us where you got it!)

Proud daddy 🙂

Yay!! 🙂

LOVE this wedding party shot 🙂

Another fun lollipop shot! 🙂

They’re so cute together!

As many of you know, my Aunt Mary owns Canine Retreat, an all suite retreat for dogs, and she has a honeymoon special for brides who book their dog(s) with her while they’re on their honeymoon! Oliver was lucky enough to stay with her for a little while and we coordinated with her so that she brought him to the zoo’s parking lot for a few photos before the reception, it worked out perfectly! 🙂 Oliver wasn’t quite sure what to think of Tamara’s dress at first, it was so cute!! Once he realized that we had toys and treats, he was up for a few photos! 🙂

LOVE this one! 🙂

Oliver, you are adorable!!! {hugs!}

Heavenly Sweets did a fantastic job on their cake – yum!

The coolest part about having a reception in the Dolphin Pavilion is taking photos with the dolphins!! 🙂

They had carmel apples as their favors – YUM!! Check out that bling….Mark, you did good!!! 😉

Thanks for a fun time you guys! 🙂 More pics coming very soon!!

I know I don’t post a ton of personal pics on here anymore since most of them end up on facebook right away 😉 so I thought I’d post some fun pics from our recent trip to WPB! My parents have a condo down in Singer Island and it’s gorgeous! As part of my 30th b-day celebration, we stayed there for 5 days/4 nights and did plenty of shopping, relaxing, shooting (just for fun) and we even enjoyed some yummy food along the way before heading up to Notre Dame the next weekend. We had a ton of fun!!

Cute little ice cream shop…

New favorite cupcake shop at City Place called the Sugar Chef…YUM!

We stopped at a place called Puppies in Paradise, which sells designer dogs at City Place. (I love it that they’re against puppy mills too!) The store owner was super nice and we ended up doing an impromptu shoot in her store. This is King, the store’s customer service manager…. 🙂

So freaking CUTE!!!! LOL I adore cute dog noses! 🙂

The puppies were actually in baby cribs that were set up throughout the store (instead of cages) which was AWESOME!! King likes to go around and visit each of the cribs, it was ADORABLE!!

He licks them and let’s them nip at his nose, he just adores them, it was so cute!

The pomeranians were so funny to photograph!! These guys would actually stop playing and pose for me when I came by their crib. Hilarious! (Doesn’t this one look like it’s smiling?) 🙂

After our trip to WPB, we headed north to Notre Dame for the weekend for the ND/Tulsa game and to visit my sister. Dad actually got passes to be on the field with the players during their pre-game warm ups and stuff. Pretty cool!

Then we all went to Rocco’s for dinner, our favorite pizza place up in South Bend.

The day after we came home was Bailey’s birthday so I thought he should have a spot in this blog post too! 🙂 Happy Birthday Bailey! 🙂

We had so much fun shooing Stephanie & Robby’s “enchanted forest” themed wedding & reception at the Ambassador House in Fishers! It’s such a neat venue & the weather was perfect that day! 🙂

Stephanie, you are adorable! 🙂

The flower fairies 🙂

Stephanie’s mom, Tamara, did an AMAZING job on all of the flowers…I couldn’t believe she did them all herself!

Their dogs, Orion & Phoenix were included in their photos that day…love that! 🙂

They were so well behaved!! 🙂

Of course, dog treats always helps too! 😉 I just want to kiss their sweet little faces!!!

Our handsome groom, Robby…

And beautiful bride, Stephanie…Rachel Langford did such a great job on everyone’s make-up that day!

So cute together…

Dad looks so proud here! 🙂

Love this!

Their names were actually carved into a tree trunk and displayed on their sweetheart table!

Jennifer Midkiff did a great job on the harp…she even dressed in costume for them! 🙂

Great details…

Sweet & Savory did a great job with the catering that night! I love it when chefs get creative with food like this…

One of my FAVORITE shots of the day!! 🙂

And another favorite!

One of their friends did a flame throwing performance (I think that’s what it’s called?) and they even brought along hula hoops that light up! It definitely made for some neat outdoor pics that night!

Thanks for a fun time you guys, LOTS more pics coming soon! 😉
