Michelle & Clint were married on 6/30/07 at St. Luke Catholic Church and their fabulous reception was at Lumiere du Corps in Lebanon. It was such a gorgeous venue….their families were so nice, the wedding party was a lot of fun and we stayed an hour or two later that evening just to hang out with everyone and dip our tired feet in the pool at the resort! LOL Thanks you guys for a great time, we can't wait to see you again at Carolyn & Josh's wedding in a few months! 🙂

The simplicity of the baby's breath as the centerpieces looked beautiful with the chandeliers reflecting the light from under the mirrors…loved it!
The groom's mom is a SUPER talented cake maker and did a fantastic job with their cake. Not only was it gorgeous, we were ready to go back for a 2nd slice! LOL

For their favors, they made donations to help the fight against melanoma (one of their close friends has melanoma) so everyone got to take a bracelet home with them that night….I thought that was such a great idea.
They even had a guest whose birthday will be their anniversary date! 🙂
Scott Baker from Ultimate Entertainment kept the dance floor packed all night…
I noticed the warm, golden sunlight right before sunset and grabbed them away from the reception for a few quick pics that turned out AMAZING!!
Melissa + Patrick sittin’ in a tree…..
Some of you already know Melissa, she's one of my super talented side-shooters! 🙂 This past Valentine's Day, Patrick e-mailed me about setting up a "Session with Hession" (how cute is that?!) and he wanted to surprise her with a photo shoot of the two of them together for V-Day. Well, even before that, she and I had our own photo shoot of pics of her that she was giving him on V-Day so I had to keep a surprise from BOTH of them! I was all wrapped up in their V-Day plans….LOL…well, we had a few photo shoot dates in mind for when it got warmer outside but between the unpredictable weather and crazy busy shooting schedules, we ended up doing a V-Day/Anniversary photo shoot for them on their 6th wedding anniversary on 6/29. 😀 Happy Anniversary, we love you guys!!!

Summer Bridal Show 2007!
Our first Summer Bridal Show at Allisonville Nursery was a complete success! Over 100 engaged couples attended our show and there was a line to get in at 3 p.m! LOL After 5 long months of planning, it all came together beautifully. We had a 40×60 ft decorated white tent behind the nursery filled with dozens of local wedding professionals and a few furry friends too. (above) 🙂 This kitty lives at Allisonville Nursery and decided that she would rest on a comfy chiavari chair provided by Elite Coordinators.
Our friends Rob & Hayley of Beach Bum Vacation…they are SO AWESOME!! We are using them for an upcoming trip, full review with lots of pics to come soon!! 😀
Chuck Eaglin from The Florist at Allisonville Nursery is AMAZING. His flowers are gorgeous and he's so creative. 🙂

…and the cutest baby shower idea EVER! I had to post this for my clients who are doing maternity pics and are having baby showers in the near future. Anna Godar from Special Occasions by Anna made this adorable diaper cake display that was a huge hit!!
Congratulations Sarah & Marc!
Sarah and Marc were married at the beautiful Summit Club in Fort Wayne on June 23rd! We had a great time with them that evening and have so many fabulous pics to share! The Summit Club overlooks downtown Fort Wayne and even though the weather didn't cooperate in the beginning, we ended up with a fantastic sunset at the end of the night. Jackie Meyer from Simply Elegant did a great job coordinating every detail…DJ's Direct kept the dance floor packed all night and the Summit Club did an amazing job on the catering. Their first dance was choreographed and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend this to couples if you want to make a great first impression at your reception. Their "dip" at the end was the perfect ending to the perfect first dance.
The view from the reception hall was awesome. When I saw the warm golden glow on the buildings, I immediately went to the other side of the room to check out the sunset and then grabbed the bride & groom for a few pics in front of the sunset that night, it was so cool!
Sarah was so cool…she didn't even think twice when I asked her if I could write on her shoes…LOL
Sarah had one of her friends run around with a Polaroid camera (just for fun) that day so of course, I had to get a few shots of that! 🙂
