Allisonville Nursery
Last week we photographed Allisonville Nursery! My husband is developing a brand new custom website for them and they needed some photos of the exterior of their building as well as product shots for stock photos. Many of you will be attending the Holiday Bridal Show this Sunday at Allisonville Nursery so here's a little preview of all of the cool stuff they have there! Allisonville Nursery is such a cool, unique venue for bridal shows. We do them twice a year there and this Sunday's show sold out of booth spaces within a week of the website going live! We're already starting on the Summer Bridal Show's website, can you believe it?! Whirlwind of a weekend!
The past few days have been super busy and tons of fun! We started with a photo shoot for Allisonville Nursery on Thursday…John is designing a brand new website for them and we went in to shoot product and event photos for that…then Friday was filled with appointments all day…yesterday was the annual Circle K Holiday Party downtown which is always a lot of fun and today we drove down to Jasper, IN for a double boudoir photo shoot for friends of Cori & Lance's! After doing our first DOUBLE shoot today, I HIGHLY recommend it! It's so much more fun and relaxing when you have your best friend around doing the photo shoot with you…we took turns shooting each of them in various outfits after scouting out the perfect locations and adding some background music in the house, I think it went super smooth and we got tons of great shots. 🙂 I'll be posting new pics of everything (provided we get permission for the boudoir shots) throughout this week so stay tuned….
Catching up!
Thanks everyone for all of the e-mails this week, I'm feeling much better now…colds are no fun! I'm catching up in e-mail today and tomorrow so thanks for your patience. We have 4 photo shoots in the next 4 days so I'll be posting more cool pics soon! 🙂
Out of the office…
My hubby just got over his cold and has unfortunately shared it with me so I will be out of the office for a few days. I will still be in e-mail though, in between blowing my nose and taking cold remedy medicines so feel free to e-mail as needed. Anyone know of any fast ways to get rid of a cold?! LOL 😉
2008 Wedding Trends…
Bold colors + lots of bling = a photographers dream photo shoot! 🙂 I subscribe to MANY blog feeds and one that I ADORE is The Wedding Planner's Blog. She is stylish, hilarious and helpful all at the same time…and if you ever get the chance to read her "New Rule Fridays" they are absolutely hysterical. (Especially to those of us in the wedding biz who have seen it ALL) 😉 Anyway, she posted this morning about some 2008 fashion trends that can easily be transferred into 2008 weddings and I love it!
