In Memory of my Grandma…
As many of you know, my Grandma passed away last Saturday evening. She was an avid “blog stalker” of mine and enjoyed looking through all of the stories and photos so this blog post is in memory of her. She was an awesome grandma…always fun, sweet & full of life. I had a really great visit with her last Thursday evening in the hospital but I really didn’t think that would be the last time I’d ever see her. 🙁 This week has been really rough. Especially since my grandpa’s 80th birthday was Monday and my birthday was yesterday…our first birthdays without her. 🙁 Tomorrow we’ll celebrate her life at her funeral and we know she’ll always be with us. She was an amazing, beautiful lady who will always be missed. We love you grandma!!!! XOXOXO

I’m sure your grandma was one of your biggest fans and I am even more sure she was soooooo very proud of you!!! You, your mom, and your grandpa have been heavy on my mind all week. Tomorrow will be hard, just remember to celebrate the wonderful person she was…after that, the healing can really begin…stay busy (as if you know any other way!) and allow yourself to focus on something else…time is the best healer…it doesn’t take all the pain away…ever…but it does get easier over time.
