October 2008

Last Saturday, we photographed Melissa & Brendan’s wedding at St. Malachy in Brownsburg and their reception at Primo in Plainfield. (I know I’m posting this a tad out of order, our 10/12 portrait sessions will be posted next, no worries girls!! 🙂 I was working on editing weddings yesterday) 😉 Anyway, check out this adorable baby that was sleeping in the bride’s dressing room!! She’s so cute!

Melissa had an IU garter, loved it!! 🙂

Melissa’s mom was her matron of honor…isn’t that sweet?! 🙂

Her dress was GORGEOUS!!

She & Brendan are so sweet together…

And they also know how to have a good time!! 🙂 Hi everyone!! (Yes, I think I was the only sober female on the bus…LOL)

This was a first…they had to make a quick pit stop at CVS on the way to Friendship Gardens…LOL

I think CVS should use this in their ads!! 😉

I love shooting at Friendship Gardens, there are so many pretty spots there for photos…here’s our handsome groom…

And gorgeous bride!!

FAVORITE!!!! 🙂

Can I just say how much I LOVE Fall weddings?!?! You get to do fun shots like this!

And photograph neat, colorful cakes like this…can you believe those leaves were hand made and edible?! INCREDIBLE!!

Check out their smores favors! LOVED them!! They were marshmallows dipped in chocolate and graham crackers sprinkled over the top…so yummy!!

Another fun ring shot!

Hi Jennifer & Phillip!!! Thanks for referring Melissa & Brendan to us! 🙂

Love this one!

And this one! Brendan could DANCE! I think every woman who saw this dip wanted him to dip them like this during the dollar dance! LOL

Can you say PAR-TAY?!!? 😀

LOL ….right place + right timing =

Loved this! LOL

Thanks for a great time you guys!! More pics coming soon! Hope you’re having fun on your honeymoon! 🙂

We have a double wedding weekend this weekend and our Fall class photo shoot this weekend and then all of my Holiday Mart shifts begin next week. I wish I could multiply myself!! 😉 Thank you to all of you who have been patiently waiting on pics, blog posts, schedules, email replies, etc. I’m trying to catch up as quickly as possible tonight & this week!! …Starbucks has become my friend…and thanks Lydia for the Starbucks goody bag, YOU ROCK!!

And because a blog post is BORING without a photo…here you go…:) My new favorite album spread from Keri’s trash the dress session! 🙂

This week I had the pleasure of meeting Connie Harwell, the owner of the new bridal shop “The Chic Bride” located in downtown Noblesville. She is SO sweet and her gowns are GORGEOUS!! She’s a newlywed herself and she definitely knows what brides are looking for when it comes to chic but affordable gowns. Her boutique is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, 10/25 from 10-3 and she’s giving away goody bags on a first come, first served basis. We delivered 25 gift cards worth $100 EACH to her shop this week so get there early to be one of the first to get her gift bag!!! (Even if we’re booked for your date, you can use it on an engagement session) 😉 Check out all of the details by CLICKING HERE and she’s requesting that brides RSVP for the event.

Last Saturday, we photographed Melissa & Daniel’s wedding at the Indiana War Memorial and reception at the Rathskellar. They were such a fun couple to photograph!! Check out this gorgeous dress!!

And of course, a cool ring shot for all of you “cool ring shot lovers” out there 🙂

Our handsome groom….

And the couple’s son…he’s so adorably cute! I think he wanted the guys to come sit next to him! 🙂

Looking like a bunch of studs… 🙂

Hi ladies!!

Isn’t she GORGEOUS!?

Another beautiful blue sky day! We’ve gotten SO lucky with the weather over the last few weekends, I love it!

HOT!

Don’t they look like they’re in Washington DC here?! 🙂

Some final touch ups before walking down the aisle…

GORGEOUS!

Another HOT shot!! 🙂

They had a carriage getaway that evening…this horse started to take off on his own, that was pretty funny!

A family friend made their cake and she did an awesome job!

CUTE!! Loved their favors!!

Yeah, she got him good! 🙂

John got this shot of Melissa & Daniel’s daughter dancing with Melissa and her dad…so precious!!

Thanks for a fun time you guys!! More pics coming soon! 🙂
