Hi everyone! We are currently looking for a 3rd part-time side-shooter to fill in when both of my other side-shooters are unavailable in 2009. The person who fills this position needs to be able to take initiative, be helpful, organized, professional and have a great, outgoing personality. (And they must LOVE weddings!!) 🙂 They also need to be up-to-date with current photography trends, poses, blogs and ideas and be willing to try new things each week.

To apply for this position, please email me:

4. A statement of why you’d like to work with us and what your long term goals are as a photographer

Please only apply if you meet all of the requirements! We will review each applicant and reply if we’d like to schedule an interview. Thanks! 🙂

When Natalie booked us for her family photos at Holcomb Gardens, I had no idea that she had such a beautiful family with 3 children that were so adorable and fun to hang out with! 🙂 Here’s Isabella…she started posing for me immediately! 🙂

And Brody, he’s 3 and he’s such a cutie! Natalie said this is the 1st time her family has ventured out of a studio setting for photos…the kids all did great!!

He kept showing me his acorns that he was finding, so I took a picture of them for him… 🙂

Another cool IR shot!

I brought some fun lollipops with me, I think the kids thought I was the coolest photographer EVER! LOL

“What do you mean I have to wait until this is over to eat my lollipop?!” 🙂

Their baby, Nash has such CUTE little feet…I couldn’t decide if I liked the B&W or color shot better, so I posted both!

They are Colts fans so they changed into their jerseys and t-shirts for a few pics 🙂

Nash had just turned 1 the week before their shoot so I had suggested to Natalie that it would be awesome if we could get some funny b-day cake smashing pics. She was totally into it and went over to The Flying Cupcake to get his mini cake for the photo shoot….this whole sequence was PRICELESS! 🙂

Oh yeah, he did it! 🙂

LOL!

Needed some milk to wash that down…:)

I had also brought some Colts cupcakes with me, Brody loved them as you can see…lovin’ the blue tongue! 🙂

Thanks for a fun time you guys!! I hope this becomes a yearly tradition for your family! 🙂 More pics coming soon…

After Jessica’s shoot, we headed to West Clay to meet up with Ashley & James for their engagement session! It was a BEAUTIFUL day outside and they were so much fun and SO easy to photograph! She said that she saw my new infrared samples on the blog and really liked them and with so much greenery at West Clay, I knew this would be the perfect shot (above) for using IR. Isn’t it cool?!

Lovin’ the sexy shoes!! 🙂

SO adorably cute together!!

HOT!

LOVE it!!

I loved Ashley’s serious look here too, isn’t she gorgeous?!

LOL! Blowing kisses at each other 🙂

Thanks for a fun time you guys! More pics coming soon! 🙂

I’m catching up on posting portrait sessions this morning, yay!! 🙂 On 10/12, Diana & I photographed Jessica’s boudoir session in her home in Elwood, IN. Jessica recently got married and wanted to do a boudoir session as a gift for her new husband!! She was so sweet and so easy to photograph, isn’t she gorgeous?!

WOW!

I saw a cute pink robe hanging in her bedroom and found out she’s a girly girl like me!! 🙂 So we used it for a few photos…

Thanks for a fun time Jessica!! More pics coming soon! 🙂

Hey everyone – just a quick note to let you all know that my email is down tonight. I can’t even log on…so frustrating! My inbox is almost at full capacity again (gotta clean that out once I get back in!!) and I’ve found out about a few missing emails this week too so if you’ve sent an email and I haven’t replied, please send it again. Thanks!!
