October 2008

Last Sunday we photographed Serena’s senior pics at Avon Gardens!! You might recognize her from Dave & Lydia’s wedding a few weeks ago! 🙂 She is SO gorgeous!! I LOVED this shot…

And this one…doesn’t she look like a Cover Girl model!?!

Her smile is contagious!

Whoa!! Is she model material or what?! 🙂 I think right after this shot her family suggested she join an all-girls college…hehehe…

I LOVE FALL!!!

And I love it that she wanted to get WET during her shoot! This shot actually reminded me of Lydia & Dave’s trash the dress shoot! 🙂

She was such a diva! She even brought along her hair, make-up & clothing crew!! 🙂 (Hi ladies!!!)

Thanks for a great time that day, it was so much fun to hang out with all of you again!! 🙂 More pics coming soon!!

Many of you know the amazing florist, Chuck Eaglin, but some of you may not know that not only is he a fabulous florist, but he’s also the inventor of an awesome product called Muddie Puttie! This product is an artificial soil that actually hardens and doesn’t need any water so you can use it for everyday house plants, model sets, train sets, etc.

This past weekend, he exhibited at the Model Train convention and made this train set to show what his product can do for train enthusiasts. This was our 2nd photo shoot for Muddie Puttie…a lot of people don’t know this but we do offer product photography for websites and things like that too! 🙂 We’re so well known for our weddings, events & portraits but we enjoy doing some small projects like this on the side too. 😉

You can view a gallery of how it works and purchase some Muddie Puttie online by clicking HERE!

We had the pleasure of seeing Shirley & her family again a few weeks ago!! We photographed her daughter Erin’s wedding a little over a year ago so it was fun to hang out with them again and meet Gavin, their newest addition to the family. He is so ADORABLE!! 🙂 He was sleeping when he arrived and looked so peaceful until we started shooting…sorry Gavin for waking you from that peaceful nap. 😉 At least Ginger (their dog) looked happy in this shot! LOL

Back in mom’s arms….much better… 🙂

I LOVE baby feet!!!! They’re so cute!!

Erin & Brandon are such great parents!! Congrats on your new addition! 🙂

Awww 🙂

The whole family together….

LOL Erin got a bath from Ginger! 🙂

Gavin is so funny in these next 2 shots, his face was PRICELESS!

LOL!

Christmas card photo?! 🙂

Although I love the IR version too!!

They had a Colts/Purdue blanket in the car so Gavin got wrapped up in it for his photos…looks like he’s destined to be fans of both teams! 🙂

Thanks for a fun time you guys!! More pics coming soon!! 🙂

When Natalie booked us for her family photos at Holcomb Gardens, I had no idea that she had such a beautiful family with 3 children that were so adorable and fun to hang out with! 🙂 Here’s Isabella…she started posing for me immediately! 🙂

And Brody, he’s 3 and he’s such a cutie! Natalie said this is the 1st time her family has ventured out of a studio setting for photos…the kids all did great!!

He kept showing me his acorns that he was finding, so I took a picture of them for him… 🙂

Another cool IR shot!

I brought some fun lollipops with me, I think the kids thought I was the coolest photographer EVER! LOL

“What do you mean I have to wait until this is over to eat my lollipop?!” 🙂

Their baby, Nash has such CUTE little feet…I couldn’t decide if I liked the B&W or color shot better, so I posted both!

They are Colts fans so they changed into their jerseys and t-shirts for a few pics 🙂

Nash had just turned 1 the week before their shoot so I had suggested to Natalie that it would be awesome if we could get some funny b-day cake smashing pics. She was totally into it and went over to The Flying Cupcake to get his mini cake for the photo shoot….this whole sequence was PRICELESS! 🙂

Oh yeah, he did it! 🙂

LOL!

Needed some milk to wash that down…:)

I had also brought some Colts cupcakes with me, Brody loved them as you can see…lovin’ the blue tongue! 🙂

Thanks for a fun time you guys!! I hope this becomes a yearly tradition for your family! 🙂 More pics coming soon…
